I think a little bit of anxiety is always good. It means that you're not over confident and that you'll totally rock at Rev3. Plus, knowing the folks you're going to be working for - and them knowing you... come on! What more can you ask for. They already know you're good or they won't have hired you. So now all you have to do is do what you really enjoy, and the rest will come easy.

Hey, nothing to worry about. you just need to be yourself. This may sound a little funny, I have a friend whose boss is Richard Gere, the actor. After a couple of meetings with him, she realised and told me that "he is a good human being, then he is an actor!"

ALL THE BEST!!!

Have fun the first day...and then all the rest of them too :)

When I started my new job a few months ago it was my first leadership/mediator position (it's kinda hard to explain) in my professional life and I am still one of the youngest people there. It took me a 2-3 months to assert my leadership authority in a fair, respectful manner. Along the way, I was just very observant of the office dynamics, company direction, and how much different folks were subject matter expert, etc. Fortunately - no big messes happened along the way and any hiccups were addressed in a respectful manner.

Above all, I emphasized efforts and interactions that were fun and professional - 'cause...why not! ;)

Best,
Shalin

It's been my experience that a sleep "schedule" is an unattainable fairy tale. Especially when you're doing something you like to do. When you like what you're doing it tends to give you vitality.

From my Pownce comment:

You'll be fine. None of the people you mention in your post have a bad bone in their body. You're in good hands.
