A dream come true: Co-Hosting Dl.tv
**Update: I was invited back to co-host, probably thanks to all your nice comments! Watch me same time, same place on October 2nd.
For as long as I can remember, I have dreamed of this day. I would have a desk, a tech-based script, and a lovable co-host. It finally came true when I was asked to co-host DL.tv Thursday–LIVE!
I’ve known Robert Heron since I was an intern at TechTv, and I would have never thought that I would someday be co-hosting next to him. The fact that I was sitting next to a person who I have always looked up to was enough to give me the jitters, but the fact that the show was live didn’t help either!
Nervousness aside, the adrenaline rush was well worth the prepping and priming. I co-hosted the entire show, and did a couple of focused segments on Google Chrome and Twintro. Both are things that I enjoyed researching; Google Chrome is a simpler browser that still has some kinks and Twintro is a great way to make new Twitter friends.
I hope to co-host again alongside sir Heron and have lots of love for the entire DL.tv team. I know that I need some work, and will try to step it up. Being on camera, especially live, is a growing process and something that I hope to PWN in time. In any case, Watch the video and let me know what you think!

Hi,
Saw that yesterday, but frankly wasn’t up to my expectation. Chorme review was half baked. See there are numerous review floating on net so shouldn’t be there something new about it.If you come last then make sure its best.
All the best anyway for next time.
Congrats!
It’s nice too see that you’re living your dream
Take care!
Ravi (one of your many followers on Twitter)
Nice job! You looked great!
Great job, they need to have you on more.
Just watched the show a few hours ago, You were great! I could tell that you really enjoyed it & that you were truly doing what you love to do. I believe the show flowed more smoothly with you than some of the usual cast, You & Robert together really gave the show great energy!
Living the dream….I told you.
I just watched it, you did an awesome job. You and Robert have great chemistry, I hope they bring you back.
Congrats yaar.
You were really good. You should be the permanent co-host. dltv really needs a permanent co-host.
Haha, Neha that is totally awesome. I havent seen dl in a while, as it is a bit harder to Podcast on Linux. I usually watch my Podcasts now just in my RSS viewer.
That being said, that is totally awesome, I am almost as happy for you as I am jealous. I am a huge fan of that show, on its own its awesome, but especially in comparison to Lab Rats and the like.
I would love to see you up on the other Podcasts a lot more too
Hey, I thought you did a great job for you first live dl.tv show!
lol
I liked the umbrella segment
Here’s hoping they make you the permanent co-host!
Great job Neha. It was refreshing seeing someone being real & themselves, that’s the way you came across anyway. New media hasn’t really caught my eye on a consistent basis as of yet, but other web-shows could stand to learn/mimic your presentation.
Cheers!
I think the Hadron Collider sent us into an alternate universe. The dltv - Rev3 talent transfer is only supposed to work in the one direction.
I agree with most of the people here: You did a great job, and as someone already mentioned, are a far better co-host than almost everyone they’ve currently got co-hosting with Robert.
And let’s be honest. Smart, funny and gorgeous trumps smart, awkward and male every day of the week.
If it were up to me, you would be the regular co-host (if you were interested) and the guys that he usually has co-hosting can come on for segments.
And Garnet Lee would be the “Neha’s on vacation today” co-host, because he’s the second best co-host.
I have to agree…you did a great job… and not matter what trumps smart, awkward, and male…it’s up to you to change the rules of the game! Feel me?
