My first Pinkberry with Dave Mora

Last week, I had the chance to escape the smoky bay area to lovely Los Angeles. While there, I met up with DMS's own Dave Mora for my first taste of Pinkberry and a chat about the new media space, micro-blogging trends, and weird yogurt.

Check out the video, and Dave's blog for more!

p.s. I am fully aware of the fact that I sound like a valley girl. Like OMG!

I think what we'll end up with is 'New Media' and 'Old Media' on the same level, I mean all thats really happening is we're switching to an interactive medium which is of course the internet but, will the internet be what it is today years from now?

With the way things are going lately, I'm not too sure what will happen... I don't want to see old media take over new media thats for sure, everyone is better off independent and staying that way.

Is he really as nice as he seems? I mean he seems to be a cool guy from other videos I've seen. I always wonder if people are different off camera.

Don't worry about sounding like a Valley Girl. Trust me I take the cake on that.

Great move to do the video in general...bravo!

Re: microblogging, I'll defer my own comments to Darren Rowse's recent post (http://is.gd/NJZ) that captured 90% of my sentiments (with immeasurably more notoriety too!). Instead of making Plurk your last resort as you mentioned, do yourself a favor and forsake quantity for quality in this arena...I think you'll be glad you did.
